And thanks to
lell I can say:

:: how jedi are you? ::
Heh. Rock on. I guess I'll have to make that Jedi costume now.
We saw Bardic Wind at the renaissance faire today. It was a hilarious show. And the guy with the tattoos...mmm. Wonderful abs. Kate gets him first though. Sigh. Why can't I find a cute renaissance boy of my own? Then we could make crazy costumes and spend the summer trekking to various faires.
While we were waiting for aforementioned good show to start, a girl in front of us was looking at the faire program (which has a 15th century France theme)and said, "I don't know why they spelled it that way. It's french, but it means 'to do' or 'to make', not festival. I don't know what it should be, but it's not that." And she's right, but come on, it's just a pretty way of spelling 'fair.' And if they really wanted to be literal they could have called it a 'fête.' See, I still remember some french...
I still need to figure out something to wear to my friend's wedding. which I didn't RSVP to. Bad friend Jen. Course, it would be glorious if I could fulfill that 'and guest' part of the invite, but alas. The guy I might have gotten up the courage to ask is in Alaska. Bad timing I guess. Eh. Whatever. at least I have a job and a roommate. Life is mostly good.
