Check out this Nature letter that explains how the "wizard" trait could be passed on through dominant and recessive alleles. If only this had come around when I was studying genetics...

thank goodness the study was cancelled for tomorrow/wednesday/whenever it was. I've really got to get to bed. I'm still reeling from the outrageous prices at the pump though...and of course every gas station I passed after I filled up was about three cents cheaper...it's not much, but every cent counts when it's so high. Stupid reliance on oil. I really should bike to work tomorrow. If it's not raining, perhaps I shall...
