I know I had it good growing up, but I don't think this takes into account things like biomedical engineering majors and monetary difficulties while on one's own...course, those have only happened recently, so I guess it's not like they've influenced my whole *life*...but I have so few memories of childhood (hey, my mom took thousands of pictures so I wouldn't *have* to remember) that it seems like what's happened recently is the sum of things. Oh well.
