1. On average, how many books do you read in a month? I read 10 in the last three weeks, so I guess that's a safe number. Course, that's not counting the magazines or journal articles I read, either.
2. On average, how many books do you read in a year? Well, if you multiply, that's 120. How nice that I picked an easy number to work with.
3. How many books have you read in the last 5 years? Alright, 120x5 is 600. Jeebus.
4. How many books have you read in the last 10 years? 1200 books? Aggh. This is why I have no extra cash. It all goes to Borders.
How about you? Anyone else as addicted as I am?

Date: 2007-04-07 04:19 pm (UTC)Now that I have to scrounge for free time, I probably read one book in two weeks. Which means 2 a month.. 24 books a year.
In the last 5 years? Wow. Probably about a hundred. Maybe more.
Ten years? HOLY moley. I don't think I can even fathom the number of books I've read in all this time!
