Writer's Block: It was a very good year

Is it bad that I can't think of one? I considered 2002, the year I graduated. But I lost a job that year. 2004-5 was intense, but ultimately disappointing because I didn't get into medical school and paid a lot of money to not do so. I suppose last year could be a contender--I bought a house and didn't lose my job, thank goodness. I'm hoping this year will be great. Turning 30 should make everything great, right?
